That's right. Flea broke his arm Saturday at the track. Just a little mishap between he and Matt. I'll let Daddy Flea give the details.

Matt and the Flea were chasing each other and after the big finish line jump, Matt decided he wanted to slow down and talk. Apparently he stepped on the brakes and moved to the right catching the Flea next to the berm going pretty fast. The Flea hit him pretty hard and went down breaking his left arm. I am not sure if Matt fell or not, I didn't see it. Troy and I were talking at the time.
Good lesson do your talking off the track.

ya know what lee , I didn't know you , your dad , mom till this last year , i have been watching you grow as a rider for the past year you are progressing very rapidly doing very well . when you are on the track you are very interesting rider to watch because whether you get last on hole shot or fall down in corner you are right there with the pack after a few laps , i couldn't wait to see ya in the arenacoss on that 85 . i think you would have done very well in this event . was as disappointing news as well for me hope you heal quickly lee . wish you speedy recovery .

I guess you have to learn from your mistakes. I have had some mishaps in the past. The only time I ever beat Scott Bagby practicing starts a kid run across the track and almost killed me. After 9 months of rehab my first trip back out to Waco a kid crossed the track and I hit him and broke his arm. I hate to see kids practicing the same section over and over, it only takes one time of not watching to make a mistake that can ruin yours or someone else's year. Be careful guys. Hope you heal fast Flea. I was out there but had a flat right after you guys got there. so I went home.

The Flea is not so good right now. The Bone Specialist did not like the looks of his Xrays. He is off to Temple today to get more Xrays and possible traction on his arm.
