Does anyone know how he is doing after his injury at the track yesterday? And a address so that we can send him a card. Thanks, Denise and Lee the Flea

Mike & I drove their truck to the hospital last night around 7:00 and Rowdy was up in x-ray.
He was sent to Temple and at noon was undergoing surgery to repair a broken femur in his left leg. Rowdy also has a broker collar bone.
He most likely will get to go home tomorrow where he will be on a long road to recovery.
Please keep Rowdy and his family in your thoughts and prayers.

Hated to see this, that young man was in some pain. Paula, Tony, Danny and all the others did a great job comforting this young guy while he was down. Even the younger members gave a hand getting ice packs, waiting at the gate for the ambulance, and Jeff's daughter explaining what she saw to the paramedics to help them asses. Thats what is great about WE, the people really care!
Get well Rowdy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rowdy had surgery on his leg yesterday. They had to put some pins in his knee. His collar bone was a clean break. He is in room number 289 at Scott&White Hospital in Temple. His step-mom said that he might get to go home tomorrow. You can call directly to his room at 254-724-3289. I did get an address to send a card to him when he gets home. My husband, Mike Davis was out for his regular doctor visit at Scott & White for his motorcycle injury. He stopped by Rowdy's room and talked to him and his family for a few minutes. They put in three pins and he is in a cast. The collar bone will mend on its own. His mom said it will be about six months worth of recovery time.
