Yes. He was a guest and not a member. Apparently he was carrying too much speed into the corner and went over the berm. I think he was on his 1st lap.

Did he sign a waiver and pay his $10 guest fee? I got the waiver signed as he lay there on the ground. This particular member brought several guests and none had the money to pay or signed a waiver. This is being addressed by the e-board.

that's exactly why tony addresses a siting lap not only to members but especially by non- members to get a feel for the track !!! , hope he isn't to bad off- prayers to him and his family maybe there needs to be a big sign thats states the track is always undergoing changes All riders need to take a siting lap !!!!

whoever let this person in to ride should have their membership revoked for a year. after that year if they want to join again they should pay the new member fee. having someone sign a waver after the fact is no good either. something needs to be done. if they didn't have time to sign the waver and money to put in the box they should'nt have been their. my son and i like to ride the track. i would hate to have it taken away because idiot gets hurt and tries to sue. i'm just saying something needs to be done to send a message to everyone that this is unacceptiable. who knows how many times this is happens everyday without anything happening.

Ditto! The rules apply to everyone. I have brought several guests in the past and I make sure that a waiver is signed and money is paid as soon as I lock the gate.

I want to make clear that the section that this person went down in has not been changed in several years, it was purely pilot error.
