You think people can sue for anything and I am here to tell you they can. A Law Firm, Naman Howell Smith and Lee in Waco has assigned one of its Attorney's namely Stewart Smith to handle a case where a guy is sueing me and Municipal Court Judge Raymond Britton for various things. One of his assertions or evidence is on The Flea's Web Site located at www.texnet.net/dkrumnow/sponsors.htm where it states that Judge Britton gave money to the Flea for racing. The statement is true the Judge went to the school and watched a film of the Flea racing during Show and Tell. After the film the Judge gave the Flea some money. We have yet to figure out where the problem with the gift was but this does show that you can truely be sued for anything. The Flea's Web site is now evidence in Court. Be careful out there.
