just wanted to see if some one could tell me how to get a good reading on the 4 strokes
i am burning up plugs left and right and dont know if im doing it right to do a plug check
on my street bikes i get in 2nd gear and run the bike till red line then pull the clutch in and kill the bike at the same time then coast to a stop then pull the plugs and read them

Lee,
From everything I've read that is what you're suppose to do. I don't know why you would be eating plugs but ouch... they're expensive for the 4 stroke. Have you tried a different temp range???

May look into jetting. 4-stroke are typically pretty tame on plugs, unless you are jetted wrong.
I get a read the same way you do on a street bike, rev it up high then turn it off. Roll back in a pull the plug
