I guess this is the place to post this (if not, i'm sure someone will square me away . Since I've been away fro MX for so long (see my new members post for details) I have noticed that the 4 stroke is now pretty much the weapon of choice. But, hard head that I am, I got a 250SX for my first bike. The real question I have is; how are 2 strokes doing at the WACO Eagles track? I ask this because, in other forums dealing with MX, I have read that most tracks now days are "taylored" for the 4 stk and that is one of the reasons the 2 stks have a hard time hanging them (the 4 strokes). I have alot of catching up to do (20+ yrs), so if I ask some crazy questions, please bear with me.

well i have been racing for almost a year at waco... I have a heavily moded kx 250 and I can compete just fine with it...I have never had any trouble battling or passing big 4 strokes, But most of the time it depends on the skill of the rider.....but like I said, my 2 stroker is modified. I have changed the jetting, sprockets, exhaust, piston, suspension, and fuel mixture....in my opinion, I think that your 250 sx will do just fine.
