We just got home from Waco Hillcrest hospital, Matt suffered a broken Clavicle (Collar Bone) and a bruised shoulder, I don't know how may more people crashed in practice, or their races on that new section, but during practice they were dropping like flies, on all size bikes, Bad section, sorry Jeff, but it is.......... I'm gonna probably speak out of line here so forgive if I do, its not just because my son was hurt there in that section today, but why don't track owners and people that work these tracks spend more time just prepping what they have, and stop trying to change things all the time, then let the normal race week enders be their Genni pigs to try it out, I know changes are made to tracks all the time, but its always the riders fault they get hurt, we all know that.........., so with that in mind I think since we are just riders with no abilities, we will just start fishing...I hope everyone had a safe and fun day today, PS Jeff..HAPPY BIRTHDAY.....

Sorry about Matt's crash.
Unfortunately Waco's dirt leaves a lot to be desired. In my opinion the ripping of the track made conditions worst than it usually is. There was no way more water could have been added. It was too muddy to ride just before practice and by the second Moto it had dried out so much the dirt was like riding on little ball bearings and dust was everywhere.
You would think the added sand would have helped but most of the sand seems to be gone now.
The good thing is we now have equipment and we will just have to keep experimenting to try and get good riding conditions.
