Waco Eagles Points “Loyalty” Program
Starting February 21, 2010 and running through October 17, 2010, Waco Eagles MC will conduct the Waco Eagles Points “Loyalty” program. The program is designed to reward those members and racer's that support Waco Eagles. The program offers two different aspects to be rewarded. The following outlines the rules and regulations.
Loyalty (Gold Cards)
Waco Eagles will present (5) Gold cards to five randomly drawn participates that take part in each of the nine outlines events. These names will be drawn during the “play day” in November 2010. In order to be eligible for the drawing, the rider must be signed up for a class on each of the outlined dates. The finishing order plays no part in this portion of the program. Note. If a rider runs more than one class for each of the outlined events, their name will go into the drawing for each event entered. Example:
Race X runs – (and is entered in each of these classes for the nine outline dates)
Big Bike Open
Over35
Over 25
Racer X would have their name entered three times for the drawing.
** If a rider receives a refund, that disqualifies that entry for that date.
** If a rider is “bumped” or moved up to another class, this will not affect this program, as long as an entry in completed for all nine events.
*** The Gold Card allows the winner free gate fee (for that person only), and a free race entry (for one class only) for the entire 2011 season. The Gold Card can only be used by the winner, and can not be transferred in any manner. The Card is for the winner only.
** We do not include either of the beginner classes, or the pit bike or write in classes in the loyalty program
Points Program
Waco Eagles will present trophies to the top (5) finishers for the nine outline events. These top finishers will be the best of the best at Waco Eagles. Waco Eagles will use the AMA Supercross Scoring system.

• If two riders are on the same points in the placings then it goes to the rider with the highest number of placings.
• We do not include either of the beginner classes, or the pit bike class in the points program
• Riders do not have to be entered in all nine outlined events to participate in this program.
• Riders must be signed up, start the race and cross the finish line to achieve points. Failing to start or cross the finish line will result in a DNS or DNF and will result in 0 points
• Any and all protests will be reviewed by both race directors and an officer of Waco Eagles. A decision will be provided by the end of the race day.
• Riders that are bumped or moved to a different class will be eligible to take their points with them.
• Trophies for the top five positions will be handed out during the play day in November 2010.
Our goal at Waco Eagles is to provide family fun racing. The race staff at Waco Eagles strives to ensure competitive and exciting racing. Our hopes are this program will allow the staff at Waco Eagles to reward those who support our racing. Good Luck to everyone, and have a safe 2010.
